Shipping

Processing time usually takes between 1-3 days,but may take up to one week due to high volume of orders. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 7-15 business days after shipment for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our store when the shipping information has been uploaded. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping: Free orders over $50 otherwise $5.00.

Order Cancel

After the order succeed, customers can cancel it within 48 hours, and we will do a full refund.

After 48 hours, cancel in processing order, customer can only get a half refund (half of the products’ price, and full of shipping cost).

Once the order be sent, it cannot be canceled anymore.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. The items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for payment. We guarantee full refund if you do not receive the goods.

We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence. You need to provide below information in the email.

  1. Order number
  2. The Sku of the products which need to return or exchange
  3. Evidence pictures to shown faulty items
  • For Non-Quality Problem

If you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this condition, buyer bear 2 ways shipping when returning to our address, which means buyer have to pay the return shipping, and deduct $10-25$ (depends on the item weight) from refund as shipping cost of our sent parcel, DHL will request fully deduct like 25$-40$. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
